PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This draw is only open to UK sports clubs that are affiliated to a nationally recognised sports governing body and the person registering the club is in a position to act for and on behalf of the club.

No purchase necessary.

Only one entry per club will be allowed.

To enter the prize draw, a completed registration form must be received by Players Sport UK Limited by 26th August 2005.

Players Sport will confirm receipt of all valid entries before the draw takes place. All valid entries will go into the draw which will be held on 29th August 2005.

The winning club will be notified within 72 hours of the draw.

Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 28 days of the original draw.

The prize is one club kit and which will consist of one set of 15 shirts, shorts and socks. No cash alternative.

The winning club will be asked to confirm their affiliation number and postal address before the prize is awarded.

After the results have been announced the winning club will advise Players Sport of any specific kit requirements and Players Sport will advise the winning club of the expected delivery date.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. People connected with Players, their families, agents, or anyone else involved in the administration of this offer are not eligible to enter the draw.
